One of the most requested event henchs by players (Winged Harpy),
that have their formula from the Shadow Harpy event hench can be taken to the following levels: 181, 190 or 191 through the NPC Base Level Exchanger, at Free Battle Zone.

After mixing Winged Harpy, using the base formula with Shadow Harpy, often the hench level comes way below the base level.

To solve this problem, you can talk to the Base Level Exchanger, at Free Battle Zone (see the image below) and give the requirements.





Then keep selecting the options:
